If you usually prepare puff pastry but it doesn't look as good as in restaurants, here's my tip on how to glaze a pie or make your puff pastry look golden.

Once you have the dough ready to put in the oven, glaze it with egg first.

Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle this mixture on your dough and you'll see how, in addition to being golden, it will taste better.

Fill your pie and bake as usual. You'll notice the golden color and better flavor.
