Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 5 pork chops, coarse cut; salt; pepper; 2 tablespoons butter, for the sauce; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the sauce; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce; 1 cup ketchup, for the sauce; 1 cup hot sauce, ideal for wings, for the sauce; 1 1/2 cups cola, for the sauce; 1 teaspoon cumin, for the sauce; 1 tablespoon oregano, for the sauce; 1 cup potato, cooked and diced; cilantro, for garnish

Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat, then cook the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides for 8 minutes or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Add the butter and onion to the same skillet, sauté until soft, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then, add the ketchup, hot sauce for wings, Coca Cola, and season with cumin and oregano. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes, adjust the seasoning, add the potatoes and the pork chop. Finally, cook the pork chops on low heat for another 15 minutes.
