Exotic Chamoyada

This exotic chamoyada has a sour, sweet, and spicy combination of flavors. An easy-to-prepare exotic chamoyada with natural fruit and Domino® raw sugar made 100% with natural sugarcane. This exotic chamoyada is perfect to enjoy on those hot days.

  • 1/4 cups Domino® raw sugar
  • 1 cup passion fruit, frozen flesh
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into cubes and frozen for 12 hours
  • 1/4 cups Domino® raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, cold
  • 1/4 cups chamoy
  • chile powder
  • pineapple, sliced and unpeeled, for garnish
  • raspberries, for garnish

  • In a blender, combine frozen pineapple cubes, frozen passion fruit flesh, Domino® raw sugar, and half the lime juice and blend until smooth. Set aside in the freezer.
  • In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, Domino® raw sugar, and remaining lime juice and blend until smooth. Set aside in the freezer.
  • Wet the rim of a glass with chamoy and dip it in chile powder.
  • For assembling the exotic chamoyada: Pour the rimmed glass about halfway full of raspberry mixture and add a bit of chamoy. Pour pineapple and passion fruit mixture and add more chamoy. Using a bar spoon, swirl a bit to create a colorful marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle a bit chile powder on top of the exotic chamoyada and garnish with a pineapple and raspberries skewer.
