Bacon Wrapped Meat Rolls

Some meat rolls are always a good idea for mealtime, but if you want to give them more flavor and make them extra special, wrapping them in bacon is all you need. With a delicious filling of potato and Manchego cheese, this easy recipe will always be useful and practical for you when you don't know what to cook or for special occasions.

  • 1 package Fud® smoked bacon, (250 g)
  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic, powdered
  • onion powder
  • 2 cups potato, cooked and cut into canes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Fud® Manchego cheese, grated
  • parsley, chopped, to decorate

  • Spread two slices of smoked FUD® bacon on a board and place a beef milanesa on top.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. At one end add some cooked potato, spinach and grated FUD® Manchego cheese.
  • Roll the milanesas as a roll, if necessary secure with a stick.
  • In a hot skillet over medium heat, cook the rolls until the bacon is golden and the meat is cooked. Serve immediately with sprinkled fresh parsley.
