Chili Quesadilla

  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla
  • 100 grams ground meat
  • 1 can tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • American cheese, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • 1 cup beans, Cooked
  • salt, to taste

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Acitrona onion and garlic.
  • Add ground beef.
  • Squeeze the tomatoes with a fork.
  • Season with pepper, spicy paprika, salt oregano and cumin.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes.
  • Add the beans and stir well.
  • Place chopped cilantro.
  • Heat a Tortillina® Tía rosa® on the comal.
  • Place a spoonful of chili and a slice of yellow cheese.
  • Warm up on both sides.
