Ingredients: 1 kilo beef shank; 500 grams Habanero BBQ sauce Hunt´S ®; 1/2 onions; 3 ears corn, cleaned and in pieces; 4 pumpkins; 2 chayotes; 300 grams green beans; 3 carrots; 2 cloves garlic; 2 tomatillos, roasted; 1/2 onions, roasted; 2 liters water

In your pressure cooker, add the shank with two liters of water, onion, corn, and the tablespoon of salt. Keep the pot on high flame for 35 minutes, reduce the flame halfway through and cook for 45 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool. Drain the meat, strain the broth and set aside. In another pot over high heat, place 1 ½ liters of water and bring to a boil. Add the zucchini, chayotes, green beans, carrots and cook until al dente without overcooking. Remove the skin from the roasted garlic and blend with the tomatoes, the 500 grams of Hunt's ® Habanero BBQ Sauce, roasted onion and chilies, season.
