Ingredients: 2 cups white cabbage, in thin strips; 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped; 1 cup tomato, in small cubes; 1/2 cups panela cheese, in small cubes; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 teaspoon chicken broth, or vegetables; 2 sprigs cilantro, to add flavor; 1 pinch cumin; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Heat a little oil in a pot to sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, then incorporate a pinch of ground cumin and mix all the ingredients well.
