1.- Conditions to participate: All users over the age of majority, residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico) may participate. IMPORTANT: If you are selected and live outside Mexico City and/or the Metropolitan Area, travel expenses will be covered by Kiwilimón®.

Contest Characteristics:

1) The user must upload a photograph in the related Facebook posts showing the result of the preparation of one of the recipes.
2) The photograph must show the dish with the presentation that the user prefers.
3) Those who upload their photograph within the dates March 22 to April 9, 2021.
4) The winning photographs will be selected by a committee from the brand La Europea.

2.- Editorial Principles: Through this contest, Kiwilimón® seeks to promote:
a) Honesty: The photograph you share must be your own.
b) Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón® through this and all its contests seeks to communicate users with each other, as well as with the page administrators, in the pursuit of a space that connects users' ideas and creativity, so we appreciate if you avoid making negative comments towards other participants.
Therefore, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any user who exhibits behavior contrary to the good practices and ethical principles stated in subsections a) and b) of this point, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Likewise, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify from the contest all participants who alter or attempt to alter or manipulate the contest.

3.- Contest Mechanics: To participate in this contest:
a) Purchase Langa Artisan cod prepared in the Vizcaína style in any of its 3 presentations (800 g can, 400 g can, or 900 g jar) at laeuropea.com.mx or at any of our La Europea branches.
b) Prepare an original recipe with the cod and take a photograph of it. The photo must include the presence of the can or jar, and in the comment, you should write how you easily cook at home with cod.
c) Upload your photograph from March 22 to April 9, 2021 on Facebook. Use the hashtags #Bacalaotodoelaño and #NoTodoEsAtun.
d) The winner will be announced on April 15, 2021.

4.- Selection Criteria: The finalists will be chosen by the La Europea brand committee, according to the following criteria:
a) Clarity of the photograph (the image must have the necessary resolution to be appreciated by other participants).
b) Clarity of the content (the recipe must be distinguishable).
c) Final presentation of the recipe.
d) The Langa cod product must be present in the photograph.
e) Only photographs uploaded on the Facebook® social network will be taken into account.

5.- Validity*:
• You can participate until April 9, 2021.
• The winner will be announced on April 15, 2021 through a post on Kiwilimón®'s Facebook® account. Kiwilimón® will contact the winner through this same social network and via the email concursos@kiwilimon.com
*The contest validity may be extended, at the discretion of Kiwilimón®, for which the corresponding announcement will be published through the same digital medium and with the consent of the La Europea brand.

Currently, this contest is only held for residents in Mexico. We appreciate your understanding if you reside abroad, but we invite you to closely follow all Kiwilimón® contests.

7.- Exclusions of Responsibility: Kiwilimón® is not responsible for any failures or errors that occur at any stage of this contest due to fortuitous events or force majeure, including any failure in the system and/or social network used that is not attributable or foreseeable.

The user(s) participating in this contest expressly acknowledges that the photograph with which they compete has not been taken from another source and/or altered, but is original, and therefore acknowledges and guarantees that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights; they also agree to hold Kiwilimón® harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or legal actions from third parties that may arise, as well as to indemnify it for any expenses incurred by Kiwilimón® in case of any controversy. Likewise, it is understood that by participating in this contest: (i) the user expressly and irrevocably grants Kiwilimón all the economic rights derived from the photographs that users send to Kiwilimón® to participate, without reserving any rights; for these purposes, “economic rights” are understood as those indicated in articles 24 to 29 and other relevant and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law; and (ii) the user expressly authorizes Kiwilimón® to reproduce the photograph(s) with which they participate, even if such photographs include images of themselves or other individuals participating in this contest, with such images understood as “moral rights” in terms of articles 18 to 23 and other relevant and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, without the user reserving any rights. In light of the above, Kiwilimón® will be authorized to exploit any of the photographs that the user shares to participate in the contest, including but not limited to: dissemination, publication, production, transmission, printing, recording, editing, exhibition, modification, instrumentation, public communication, distribution to the public (with or without advertising purposes), translation, reproduction, adaptation, compilation, paraphrasing, arrangement, or any other form of exploitation permitted by the Federal Copyright Law and the articles 16, 21, 24, 30, 31, 83 bis and other relevant and applicable provisions of the same regulation, as well as the legislation in the matter. Such exploitation may be carried out in the United Mexican States or abroad.

In light of the above, Kiwilimón® will be the sole holder of the economic rights derived from the photographs; consequently, Kiwilimón® may also assign, license, encumber, or alienate these rights in any form, either total or partial, when it deems appropriate, without the undersigned having any right to payment thereafter.
