- 75 Grams of Dried ancho chiles, deveined and seedless
- 1 Cup of Hot water
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Finely chopped onion
- 1 1/4 Cups of Crumbled fresh cheese
- 1/2 Kilo of Corn dough
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- Oil, for frying
