Blend the milk with the water, sugar, strawberries, vanilla, corn dough, and oats until you get a homogeneous mixture. Heat the atole in a small pot over medium heat with the cinnamon and star anise, and cook while stirring until it thickens, serve hot and garnish with strawberries and cinnamon. Enjoy.
