A few months ago I found this recipe and thought it was interesting, I decided to try it and the result is wonderful: an exquisite liqueur, softly perfumed, very pleasant to the palate and perfect for this cold weather.
Some macerate the rose petals directly in the rum and two weeks later is when they add the other ingredients, and it makes sense since the common principle of liqueurs is the maceration of the product in alcohol.
