When choosing the fruit for this refreshing recipe, make sure that the coconut has enough meat and that the mango is well ripened but not bruised. You can buy the coconut with the shell or pre-peeled, but I recommend the one with the shell because although it will take time to open, you can ensure that it's clean. I use coconut water to blend the fruit because I feel it gives it a very good flavor, but if you don't want to or don't like coconut water, you can use regular water. Blend the coconut pulp with water until there are no large pieces of coconut left, strain the water because nobody likes to chew their water ;)
