Preparation
Sift the flour and put it in the food processor or blender, also add the butter and process it for 15 seconds, pour the milk through the tube and process a few seconds until a ball forms (here you can add the raisins or cranberries if you want).
Remove it and on the floured table knead 10 to 12 times.
Spread it with the roller until it is 1/2 inch thick and cut it with a round cutter pressing evenly so that they raise rights
Put in a cookie sheet, putting them together and bake for 12 minutes.
Serve hot with butter and marmalade.
