Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 San Juan® egg
  • 3/4 of tablespoon of dry yeast
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water tibia
  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of whole milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter at room temperature
  • 3 bars of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cranberry
  • enough of sugar
  • 2 San Juan® egg
  • enough of ground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Hydrate the yeast in warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
In a blender add the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs San Juan®, add the hydrated yeast, and knead until completely integrated and form a dough.
Add the butter and continue kneading until completely integrated
In a greased bowl, place the dough and cover. Let stand for 30 minutes in refrigeration

Spread along vertically until you get a thickness of 4 mm, bend 1/3 of the dough and fold again until you get a rectangle. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Repeat the same process 1 more time and freeze for 10 minutes.
Let the dough stand for 4 hours in refrigeration until it doubles its volume.
Stretch the dough and varnish with egg San Juan® add the nuts, cranberries and cinnamon
Roll from one end to the other and cut about 2 cmm thick.
Place in a tray and varnish with egg.
Bake for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

On a plate accompanied with a glass of milk.

TIPS

The egg makes the roles are fluffy and the yolk gives a more golden color.
