Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix flour with salt, baking powder, add butter and sugar.
Add the Santa Clara® Premium Acidified Cream, Santa Clara® whole milk and Parmesan cheese. Knead for 10 minutes until integrating. Let stand for 20 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread the dough on a floured surface until the thickness is 7 mm thick.
Cut with a 5 cm diameter cutter, place on a tray.
Beat the egg with the Santa Clara® whole milk and varnish the scones, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
Chill lightly and serve with butter.
