Prepare these delicious buns, ideal to accompany your favorite dishes or as snacks, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are a delight to try for their rich flavor of Parmesan cheese, the smooth consistency that only cream can give them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 350 grams flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup Premium Santa Clara® acidified cream
  • 4 tablespoons Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix flour with salt, baking powder, add butter and sugar.
Add the Santa Clara® Premium Acidified Cream, Santa Clara® whole milk and Parmesan cheese. Knead for 10 minutes until integrating. Let stand for 20 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread the dough on a floured surface until the thickness is 7 mm thick.
Cut with a 5 cm diameter cutter, place on a tray.
Beat the egg with the Santa Clara® whole milk and varnish the scones, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
Chill lightly and serve with butter.

PRESENTATION

On a small plate or wooden board, accompanied with butter.
