It has never been so easy to prepare an oat bread, with this recipe you will show off with your friends, this soft, fluffy and delicious oatmeal bread is the best complement to accompany your dishes or for a sandwich in the middle of the morning.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 9 grams yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • to taste Ham, To accompany
  • to taste mayonnaise, to accompany (optional)
  • to taste spinach, To accompany
  • to taste tomtato, To accompany

Preparation

Mix the yeast with water and rest for 5 min. Reservation.
Process the rolled oats until you have an oatmeal flour.
In a blender mix the oats, flour, salt, add little by little the olive oil, the oregano, and the scallion, knead until obtaining a homogeneous mass, let stand 1 hour.
On a floured surface spread the dough, with the help of a round cutter cut circles of approximately 3 mm thick.
Heat a comal over low heat and place the bread, cook 7 minutes on both sides.
Cut the bread in half, add mayonnaise, ham, spinach and tomato.

PRESENTATION

Accompanied with ham, spinach and tomato.

TIPS

It is important that the comal is at low temperature, so the bread will cook without burning.
