Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl, moisturize the yeast with warm water and teaspoon of sugar. Let stand 10 minutes.
Add the hydrated yeast, the whipping cream, the egg, the sugar, the butter, the salt, the vanilla and the flour to the bowl of a blender . Beat about 10 minutes or until you get a homogeneous and elastic mass.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Rest 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
Spread the dough on a floured surface ½ cm thick, forming a square.
Add the apple jam with La Costeña® cinnamon, apples and walnut. Roll carefully and cut into 2 cm thick roles.
Place the roles in a baking tray and rest until they double in volume. Bake 20 - 25 minutes and cool.
For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with the milk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Decorate the roles with glaze and enjoy.
