A super simple recipe of beans but very nice presentation. Ideal for a breakfast with many people.

Preparation
Mix the black beans with the chipotle pepper and season with salt.
Grease a pancake mold with butter.
Add the refried black beans and tighten well to cover an even layer of the mold.
Sprinkle some of the grated cheese (so that it melts and layered).
Put the light beans on top and flatten well. Cover the mold with aluminum foil so that the beans do not dry in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 205 degrees.
Put the screw mold with the beans on a large pyrex with a little water.
Bake for a half hour. Uncover at 20 minutes.
Unmold and sprinkle the center with the rest of the grated cheese.
