This rich asparagus omelette covered in golden bacon, stuffed with goat cheese, fresh arugula, cherry tomatoes, peppers, covered in pomodoro sauce, besides being rich is very easy to prepare and healthy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 20 slices bacon
  • 20 asparagus, bleached
  • enough cooking spray oil
  • 8 eggs, smoothie
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 200 grams goat cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 1 cup red pepper, yellow orange. Cut into strips.

  • 1 cup sauce, pomodoro

Preparation
