This rich asparagus omelette covered in golden bacon, stuffed with goat cheese, fresh arugula, cherry tomatoes, peppers, covered in pomodoro sauce, besides being rich is very easy to prepare and healthy.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 20 slices of bacon
  • 20 pieces of asparagus bleached
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 8 pieces of egg smoothie
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 200 grams of goat cheese sliced
  • 1 Cup of arugula
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato cut in half
  • 1 Cup of Red bell pepper yellow orange. Cut into strips.
  • 1/2 Cup of goat cheese fallen apart
  • 1 Cup of sauce pomodoro
  • 1 piece of baguette To accompany

    Preparation
