Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion until lightly browned.
Add the mole with the water and mix until completely integrated.
Once it boils add the chicken broth and chocolate.
In a large pan, put about 1 cm of oil. Fry half the tortillas until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Repeat the previous step with the rest of the tortillas.
Put the tortillas on disposable kitchen towels to drain the fat a little.
Place the chips on a plate and bathe with the mole. Garnish with cream, fresh cheese and cilantro.
