Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of oil
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of onion chopped
  • 2 cups of mass
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1/2 piece of chocolate
  • oils
  • 8 tortillas cut into triangles and from the previous day
  • 1/3 of Cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 of Cup of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • 2/3 of Cup of coriander chopped

    Preparation

    In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion until lightly browned.
    Add the mole with the water and mix until completely integrated.
    Once it boils add the chicken broth and chocolate.
    In a large pan, put about 1 cm of oil. Fry half the tortillas until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
    Repeat the previous step with the rest of the tortillas.
    Put the tortillas on disposable kitchen towels to drain the fat a little.
    Place the chips on a plate and bathe with the mole. Garnish with cream, fresh cheese and cilantro.

    se ve delicioso como para desayunar al dia siguiente es un platillo tradicional y de muy buen gusto para los mexicanos aun que se ve delicioso eso del cilantro picado encima no creo que sea muy buena eleccion seria mejor unas ricas rodajas de cebolla y un poco de crema lala aun que eso es en todas las enchiladas se ve pero sabe muy rico cuando uno lo prueba. es todo por que todo lo demas esta bien
