Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 20 corn tortillas, slightly in oil
  • 1 jar mole sauce
  • 1/2 kilos manchego cheese
  • cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, make the mole as indicated by the bottle.
Place a little mole in a refractory then a layer of tortillas, shredded chicken, cheese and sesame seeds. Repeat bathing with more mole, tortillas, chicken and cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese in the oven 8-10 min.
When serving, garnish each portion with a little cream.

PRESENTATION

You can put each individual portion of sesame seeds and eat it with freshly toasted box bread.
