Preparation
Fry the 6 tortillas in butter or olive oil to taste, for 3 minutes. Prevent the tortilla from browning.
Place the 100 grams of onion in a pan, until they begin to fry.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Add the HUNT WINGS Hunt's® sauce, together with the warm onion and garlic.
Place the tomatoes in the blender in the frappé mode and then pour it into the pan until it is well blended.
In a pan cook the eggs, with a little olive oil, about 5 minutes.
Soak the tortillas in the sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve the tortillas first on a plate and then the eggs, at the end I decorated with the cream and the cheese. Enjoy
