Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams HUNT WINGS Hunt's® sauce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 grams onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams cream
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 300 grams cheese, of basket
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 100 grams butter, or olive oil
  • 1/2 liters Water

Preparation

Fry the 6 tortillas in butter or olive oil to taste, for 3 minutes. Prevent the tortilla from browning.
Place the 100 grams of onion in a pan, until they begin to fry.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Add the HUNT WINGS Hunt's® sauce, together with the warm onion and garlic.
Place the tomatoes in the blender in the frappé mode and then pour it into the pan until it is well blended.
In a pan cook the eggs, with a little olive oil, about 5 minutes.
Soak the tortillas in the sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve the tortillas first on a plate and then the eggs, at the end I decorated with the cream and the cheese. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cheese basket, cream to taste and a parsley in each dish.

TIPS

The sauce should be warm and well mixed with the onion, garlic and tomato.
