In a bowl, mix the egg, mustard, and chopped garlic. Place the bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip the chops in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
