Ingredients: vegetable oil, to grease the baking dish; 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless; 125 grams cream cheese, into 4 slices; 125 grams cheddar cheese, into 4 slices; 1/2 cups cow's milk; 3/4 cups breadcrumbs, simple; 125 grams Parmesan cheese, shredded; 2 cloves garlic, ground or finely chopped; 100 grams butter, melted; 1 lime, juice; 1/4 teaspoons salt, or to taste; 1/4 teaspoons paprika, (optional)

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish. Make a deep incision in the center and along each breast, but without separating completely. Place a slice of cheddar cheese and cream cheese in the center of each breast. Close the breast like a book. Set aside.
