In a small Jade Smart® pan, heat the butter, and when it starts to melt, add the honey and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the cranberry juice and ginger; cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add the white wine and season with salt. The sauce should be slightly thick, but be careful not to let it thicken too much, as this sauce will cover the chicken.
