Ingredients: 1 kilo pork loin; 4 cloves garlic; 2 teaspoons vegetable oil; 1 1/2 cups onion, slice; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; 1 1/2 cups orange juice; 1 cup chicken broth; 1 cup white wine; pinches cornstarch, if necessary

Slice the garlic into strips and insert them into the loin. Season with salt and pepper and sear in oil. In the same pot, add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the pepper, orange juice, chicken broth, white wine, and bring to a boil for a few minutes. If the sauce does not thicken, add a pinch of cornstarch.
