Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups apple, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar Blend®
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg, shake for varnishing

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Combine apple, walnut, cinnamon, Splenda Sugar Blend® and butter.
Spread the puff pastry to form a rectangle, place the apple mixture towards the edge of the dough, fold the ends inwards and roll up.
Varnish with the beaten egg and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and completely cooked. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fresh mint.
