Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup milk, for the buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the buttermilk
  • 1 cup butter, (230 grams)
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar, for the cake
  • 4 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cake
  • 3 cups flour, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, for the cake
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the cake
  • 2 tablespoons yellow lemon zest, for the cake
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberry, for the cake
  • 2 tablespoons flour, for the cake
  • 3 packages cream cheese, for the filling
  • 11/2 bars butter, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon zest, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the filling
  • 200 grams vegetable shortening, for bitumen
  • 2 bars butter, for bitumen
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, for bitumen
  • 1 lemon, to decorate (cut in rooms)
  • 1/2 cups berry, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the milk with the lemon juice until integrating. Reservation.
For the cake: beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, the vanilla essence, the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the lemon zest, beat for 7 more minutes.
Mix the blackberries with the flour and add to the previous preparation, beat for 1 minute more just to integrate.
Pour the mixture in three molds of the same size, bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For filling, beat the cheese with the butter, the icing sugar, the yellow lemon zest and the lemon juice.
In a cake base, smear a little of the previous filling, place a cake disk on top, add more filling and repeat the procedure.
For the bitumen: whisk butter with butter, icing sugar and lemon zest.
Cover the cake with the butter bitumen. Smooth it with a Bounty® absorbent paper towel, to give it a perfect finish.
Decorate with flowers, lemon and blueberry.

PRESENTATION

On a cake base, accompanied by a cup of coffee.

TIPS
