Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the milk with the lemon juice until integrating. Reservation.
For the cake: beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, the vanilla essence, the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the lemon zest, beat for 7 more minutes.
Mix the blackberries with the flour and add to the previous preparation, beat for 1 minute more just to integrate.
Pour the mixture in three molds of the same size, bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For filling, beat the cheese with the butter, the icing sugar, the yellow lemon zest and the lemon juice.
In a cake base, smear a little of the previous filling, place a cake disk on top, add more filling and repeat the procedure.
For the bitumen: whisk butter with butter, icing sugar and lemon zest.
Cover the cake with the butter bitumen. Smooth it with a Bounty® absorbent paper towel, to give it a perfect finish.
Decorate with flowers, lemon and blueberry.
