  • 225 grams of Butter (1 bar)
  • 3/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1/2 Cup of nut finely chopped
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar
  • to taste of nut chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Acremer the butter in the blender with the sugar. Add vanilla and eggs one by one. Add the flour together with the cinnamon, the baking powder and the salt. Integrate the powders completely and add the carrot and nuts.
    Pour the previous preparation into a brownie mold previously greased and floured. Bake about 25 minutes or until cooked. Chills and releases.
    For the bitumen, beat the cheese with the butter, add the vanilla and gradually add the icing sugar. Beat until you get a smooth bitumen.
    Wedge the carrot brownie and decorate with chopped nuts. Cut into squares and serve.

    De sabor bueno pero para mi gusto fue demasiada canela, no se si lo deje de mas en el horno que siento que se me seco un poco.

    De sabor me quedo espectacular, confieso me costo un poco de trabajo integrar los ingredientes ya que tengo una batidora manual y pequeñita. Las cantidades para el betún se me hicieron demasiadas para el tamaño del pastel (pero de sabor delicioso) y no me quedo tan esponjoso como lo muestra el video. Sugerencias?
