  • 6 egg yolks, for the cake
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the cake
  • 2 tablespoons Aderezo de mayonesa McCormick®, for the cake
  • 6 egg whites, for the cake
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the cake
  • 3/4 cups flour, for the cake
  • 1/4 cups cocoa, for the cake
  • enough powdered sugar, to roll up
  • 2 cups butter, for the bitumen
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for the bitumen
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, melted for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the bitumen
  • walnuts, toasts
  • enough chocolate, melted to decorate
  • raspberries, to decorate
  • enough powdered sugar, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the yolks with the sugar, add McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing and continue beating until incorporated; reservation.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until it has a nougat point. Reservation.
Integrate the whites mounted to the yolks in an enveloping way, gradually add the flour and cocoa without lowering the mixtures too much, place on a tray with waxed paper and bake for 10 minutes.
Place the cake on a cloth with icing sugar and roll it while it is hot. Let cool and reserve.
For the bitumen, beat the butter with the icing sugar, pour the bitter chocolate and the vanilla essence. Reservation.
Unroll the cake, fill with chocolate bitumen and nuts, and wrap gently again, being careful not to break it. Cover with the rest of the chocolate bitumen, decorate with melted chocolate, raspberries, glass sugar and mint.


On a rotating base, decorated with raspberries.
