Preparation
We put the oven to 180ºC and beat the eggs, the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the vanilla extract and the cream cheese.
Besides, we make the preparation to make chocolate cake with the oil, the milk and the egg, and beat until there is a uniform mixture.
We put the cajeta in the mold or the molds that we are going to use and then we throw the first mixture that we have made, until approximately the half of the mold. Next, we add the second one. It does not matter if it goes to the bottom or not, because once we cook it the flan will be down and the cake up
We put the mold or the molds in a bain-marie, covering them with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 180º degrees, for an hour and a half.
When we take out the cake from the oven, we will let it cool down and then, it will have to be put in the refrigerator for about two hours, before serving. It is removed by turning it over and that's it.
