Preparation
Grease and flour a cake mold. Preheat the oven to 200º C
Crush the banana leaving chunks and mix it with sugar and milk.
In a separate bowl sift the flour, the yeast, the baking soda and add the salt stirring everything.
In another container beat the butter until you can make a paste and add the vanilla.
Incorporate beating the eggs to the previous mixture one by one and gradually stir the flour.
Incorporate the banana with a fork to avoid undoing the pieces.
Empty the whole mixture in the previously greased and floured mold.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Since the cake has cooled, beat the cream with just a little brown sugar and vanilla until it rises.
Unmold the cake and decorate with the cream
