  • 250 grams sour cream, Light
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons yeast, dissolved in a teaspoon of water

Preparation

Mix the SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated with the lemon peel and the sour cream. Beat the eggs one by one then slowly add the flour and the yeast.
Lightly grease a 5-6 cup bowl and pour the mixture into the bowl. Place a sheet of baking paper over the bowl and then a sheet of aluminum foil.
Secure both layers with a thread, then fold all the ends tightly to seal the bowl.
