Preparation
Mix the SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated with the lemon peel and the sour cream. Beat the eggs one by one then slowly add the flour and the yeast.
Lightly grease a 5-6 cup bowl and pour the mixture into the bowl. Place a sheet of baking paper over the bowl and then a sheet of aluminum foil.
Secure both layers with a thread, then fold all the ends tightly to seal the bowl. Place a plate on the base of a large saucepan and fill with enough water until you reach the middle of the bowl on the sides of it. Cover the pan and bring the water to boil. Lower the flame and simmer until boiling for 1 1/2 hours or until the pudding is firm.
Remove the pudding from the bowl and immediately pour the liquor.
Serve warm with a custard made with SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener.
