Ingredients

12 servings
  • 4 cups of low fat sugarfree natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup of whole wheat cookie ground
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter melted
  • 1 Cup of cottage cheese low in fat
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of fresh berries

    Preparation

    Put the yogurt on top of a cloth with a deep bowl below. Let strain in the refrigerator over night to get a thicker yogurt.
    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320F).
    Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and in a mold to pay with masher to fix and press the cookie mixture.
    In a blender put cottage cheese and egg whites and mix well until incorporated.
    Add yogurt, sugar, flour, lemon and vanilla. Mix until it is incorporated.
    Put the mixture on top of the cookie base and bake for 1 hour or until it cooks well.
    Let cool and serve with the berries.

    PRESENTATION

    Put the berries on the cake along with mint leaves.

    TIPS

    This dessert can be made 1-2 days before eating.
