Ingredients

  • 1 can mango, in Clemente Jacques ® syrup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups pancake flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk, big
  • 2 cans Nestle media creama
  • 1 can dulce de leche (caramel)

Preparation

In a blender mix the eggs, 1 cup of evaporated milk, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Add flour and baking powder and just beat.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish greased with butter and a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
Pour the cake into the mold and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
In a blender mix the evaporated milk can, the condensed milk can and the half cream.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and unmold. Bathe with the mixture of three milks.
In a saucepan over low heat mix the can of dulce de leche and the half cream. Decorate the cake with this mixture and serve.
Decorate with Mangoes in Clemente Jacques ® Syrup, the contrast with fruit and dulce de leche is spectacular.

TIPS

Do it a day before so that it gets completely wet.
