Ingredients

15 portions
  • 250 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 125 grams flour
  • 125 grams cocoa
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 grams butter
  • 15 eggs
  • 150 grams vanilla ice cream, of papantla

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the help of a balloon whisk.
Apart, in another container melt the chocolate with the butter in the oven, moving every 5 minutes to avoid burning.
Close all the powders and add them little by little to the previously beaten eggs.
Add melted chocolate to butter in this mixture.
Keep the mixture in refrigeration.
Pour the mixture into a suitable mold and previously greased, making it fill 90% of the mold.
Bake at 190 ° C for 6 minutes.
Remove from the oven and keep the volcano at room temperature.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with vanilla ice cream.
