Delicious cake with lots of chocolate and easy to make. It is a dessert with which you will shine since its texture and flavor is irresistible. Perfect for a birthday or just to share with the family.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 3 1/3 cups of self-raising wheat flours
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of Water boiling
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of unsalted margarine (filling)
  • 1 kilo of powder sugar (filling)
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk (filling)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla (filling)

    Preparation

    In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder)
    In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients: oil, milk, eggs
    In the blender mix the two previous mixes until obtaining a homogeneous consistency, then add the boiling water without stopping to beat.
    Preheat the oven to 180. In a greased and floured mold place the mixture and bring to the oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    For the filling, place the margarine in a blender and gradually add the icing sugar, finally add the vanilla and milk, until you achieve the desired consistency.
    Allow the cake to cool and separate it in half in two disks, fill and cover with the filling mixture.

    TIPS

    Important when baking the mixture should not go from the middle of the mold because this cake tends to rise a lot and can spill in the oven.
