Preparation
In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder)
In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients: oil, milk, eggs
In the blender mix the two previous mixes until obtaining a homogeneous consistency, then add the boiling water without stopping to beat.
Preheat the oven to 180. In a greased and floured mold place the mixture and bring to the oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the filling, place the margarine in a blender and gradually add the icing sugar, finally add the vanilla and milk, until you achieve the desired consistency.
Allow the cake to cool and separate it in half in two disks, fill and cover with the filling mixture.
