Chocolate will never be the same with this rich combination of chili and chocolate. Enjoy a warm afternoon with these chocolate paletas table with a unique touch of flavor, they are also super creamy.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 liter Santa Clara® whole milk
  • 2 pasilla chiles, deveined and soaked
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 tabletop chocolate splint
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Blend Santa Clara® whole milk with chile pasilla.
Heat the previous mixture in a saucepan over medium heat and add the cinnamon slice.
Add the table and kitchen chocolate until it melts.
Mix Santa Clara® whole milk with corn starch.
Add the previous mixture to the pot and cook a few minutes without moving, until thickening. Chill
Pour over palette molds and freeze for 6 hours.

PRESENTATION

On a plate of ice.

TIPS

You can substitute the chile pasilla for chile guajillo.
