Prepare these rich and refreshing iced mango and coconut popsicles. They are made with AdeS® Soy, which gives them a delicious flavor. They are perfect for children and for those hot days, besides they only carry 4 ingredients. Making ice pops was never easier.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of AdeS® Soya
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut ice cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Mango Ice Cream
  • 30 grams of gelatin powder

    Preparation

    Mix the AdeS® Soy with the grenetina and the boiling water in a blender glass.
    Divide the mixture in two and add the mango ice cream to one part and the coconut ice cream to the other.
    Pour a little of the coconut mixture into the molds and top the mango mixture. Repeat this process until the mold is filled.
    Take to the freezer for 2 hours.
    Unmold and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Place a layer of coconut ice cream, top a layer of mango ice cream and finish with a last layer of coconut ice cream.

    TIPS

    To unmold the pallets, place them in boiling water for 1 minute.
