Prepare these rich and simple frozen popsicles with mango yogurt. It has a smooth and creamy consistency and an intense mango flavor. They are delicious and ideal for hot days. They have a great flavor and you can do them all year round, your children will love them.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups Mango Yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 1 cup Natural Yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 1/4 cups Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1 cup mango in syrup

Preparation

Place the mangoes in syrup in the blender together with the Mango Santa Clara® Yogurt and 1/8 cup of Santa Clara® Whole Milk. Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Strain the mixture to remove the pulp and reserve. Mix the Santa Clara® Natural Yogurt with the rest of the Santa Clara® Whole Milk.
In paddle molds pour 1/3 the mango mixture and on top of another third of the Santa Clara® Natural Yogurt blend, fill the last third with more of the mango preparation.
Freeze the pallets for about 4 hours. To unmold the pallets, pass the molds through warm water for 10 seconds and release.

TIPS

You can strain the ice cream mixture before pouring it into the molds to remove the pulp from the handle.
