These popsicles are super practical and fast since they do not have an oven. They are perfect for an afternoon with friends, they have a cookie and oreo ice cream which makes an explosion of flavors on your palate.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 10 cookies, oatmeal with red berries
  • 1/2 sticks Margarine Primavera® Kitchen Without Salt
  • 8 balls Holanda® Co-Branding Oreo® ice cream
  • 3/4 cups strawberry, diced

Preparation

Grind the cookies until obtaining a fine powder, add the Margarine Primavera® (previously melted) and mix until obtaining a moist paste. Reserve.
Mix the Holland® Co-branding Oreo® Ice Cream with the strawberries and distribute this mixture in each glass. Press with a spoon.
Spread a layer of ground cookies on top of the ice cream and press again with the spoon.
Cover with aluminum foil and insert the wooden stick to form each pallet. Freeze until consistency.
Unmold and serve.

TIPS

To unmold, refrigerate the popsicles for 10 minutes or cut the disposable cup with a pair of scissors.
