This cheesecake is decorated with peach jam and peach segments in syrup. It tastes better if it is prepared one night before and does not require an oven. Delicious!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 250 grams Marie biscuit, ground
  • 130 grams unsalted butter
  • 160 grams sugar
  • 125 milliliters Water
  • 15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 400 milliliters whipping cream
  • peach jams
  • 1 can peach in syrup

Preparation

To make the crust of the mousse, melt the butter in a pot and add the crushed cookies. Once mixed, it is placed in the cake mold and flattened.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and water. Dissolve the sugar with 80ml of water on low heat, then let it boil until you see bubbles (it is important not to stir).
Mix the syrup with the yolks (adding the syrup little by little) beating with a balloon whisk constantly until the mixture is clear and creamy. Continue mixing until it cools (so that the yolks do not cook).
The gelatin is hydrated in 45ml of water in a pot and later, it is heated only until it melts.
Beat the cream cheese (at the same time) with vanilla and then add the previously dissolved gelatin (this you have to do quickly so that the gelatine does not get hard!).
Add the yolks with the syrup to the cream cheese mixture little by little.
Beat the cream until it looks like whipped cream, in a nougat point. Wrap the cream to the previous cream cheese mixture.
Empty the mixture in the mold and flatten the surface. Cool for a few hours or ideally all night.
When the mousse is set, unmold and cover the top of the mousse with peach jam. Finally, cut segments of peaches in syrup and decorate forming a flower.

Se oye delicioso :) solo tengo una pregunta, el video y la receta escrita son diferentes, hay alguna diferencia si se cocina ose pone a enfriar??? y en el video usan maizena no se necesita tambien en la receta escrita? Me encanto, se oye sencillo de hacer :) y diferente :D
