Delicious cheese cupcakes stuffed with raspberries. Ideal to give as a gift or to share with whoever you want. They are a delicious dessert that no one can say no to. Prepare them.

  • 100 grams butter, or margarine (dough)
  • 200 grams flour, (dough)
  • 40 grams powdered sugar, (dough)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 500 grams cream cheese, (2 1/2 packs) (stuffing)
  • 150 grams granulated sugar, (3/4 cup) (filling)
  • 50 grams butter, (1/2 bar) (filling)
  • 5 egg yolks, (filling)
  • 10 grams lemon zest, (one tablespoon) (filling)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, (filling)
  • 50 grams cornstarch, (filling)
  • 1 cup Strawberry jam, (filling)
  • 1 cup raspberry, (filling)


On a floured table place the butter and flour, start mixing with your hands until it is like sand, then add the sifted glass sugar to avoid lumps and mix a little more.

Knead until it is a soft paste, it is made into a ball and pressed lightly and left to rest for 30 minutes.
