  • 500 grams of cream cheese (2 1/2 packs) (stuffing)
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar (3/4 cup) (filling)
  • 50 grams of Butter (1/2 bar) (filling)
  • 5 pieces of egg yolk (filling)
  • 10 grams of lemon zest (one tablespoon) (filling)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (filling)
  • 50 grams of cornstarch (filling)
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry jam (filling)
  • 1 Cup of raspberry (filling)

    Preparation

    On a floured table place the butter and flour, start mixing with your hands until it is like sand, then add the sifted glass sugar to avoid lumps and mix a little more.
    Apart, add the vanilla in the egg yolks, and add to the flour mixture and with a shovel mix everything very well.
    Knead until it is a soft paste, it is made into a ball and pressed lightly and left to rest for 30 minutes.

    Circles of 8 cm are cut. of diameter and they are accommodated in the trays for cupcakes previously greased with care of not breaking them, they can be put double if they are very thin.
