These cupcakes will delight Dad on Father's Day, are chocolate and have a vanilla bitumen on top.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 1 3/4 cups cake flour, of chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature (for frosting)
  • 6 cups powdered sugar, (for the frosting)
  • 1/2 cups milk, (for the frosting)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, (for the frosting)
  • 200 grams chocolate, for whiskers

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and place the cups in the pancake molds.
In a bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
In a blender at medium speed beat the butter.
Add and beat the eggs, milk and yoghurt.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and beat until they are perfectly mixed.
Fill the pots to 2/3 of their capacity and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
For the frosting, mix the butter in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Add 4 cups of sugar, milk and vanilla at low speed until they are perfectly mixed.
Add 2 more cups of sugar and mix until light and forms peaks.
Store the frosting in the refrigerator until the cupcakes cool down, once cool decorate with a duya.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, place the melted chocolate in a duya.
In a tray with waxed paper, make your whiskers and put them in the freezer to make them hard.
Place the whiskers on top of the shoe polish.
