Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups cookie, type maria milled
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 stick butter, (90g) melted
  • 1 cup raspberry
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Mix butter, biscuit and cinnamon. Put the cups in the cupcake mold and place the mixture at the bottom of each one.
For raspberry sauce, liquefy raspberries, sugar and water. Pass through a colander and pour it into the bottle.
For the filling, beat the cheese, sugar and one by one the eggs, the salt and the vanilla extract. Mix for a couple of minutes.
With an ice cream spoon, fill the cups to 3/4 parts each.
Place three points of raspberry sauce on each cupcake, with the chopstick mix them.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for 3 hours.
