Ingredients

16 portions
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 ounces milk
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 16 cupcake pans, (for cupcakes)
  • 8 peaches, large and well mature

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees centigrade.
Wash, peel and peel the seeds.
Grate the peaches on the thinner side of the grater.
Place butter, sugar and eggs in the blender .
Beat until the mixture is observed homogeneous.
Add the milk and 3/4 parts of the peach.
Continue beating for 3 minutes.
Distribute the dough in the cupcake molds.

Bake at 100 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
