Rich cupcakes without sugar, perfect for diabetics. They are delicious because you do not sacrifice the flavor and you have a healthy dessert as a result.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 70 grams Sweetener
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 24 tablespoons Sweetener
  • 100 grams butter, at room temperature

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170ºC
Add the teaspoon of lemon to the milk and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Beat the sugar substitute, eggs and olive oil.
Sift flour and yeast and add it to what you already have shake and integrate it.
Add the milk cut by the lemon and beat again. You already have the dough ready to bake.
Place the cups in the cupcake mold.
Fill the molds with the dough to 1/3 of the mold.
Bake for 15 minutes
For the frosting sift in a bowl the substitute of sugar, butter and cream cheese. We beat and you're ready to decorate or fill our Cupcakes.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.

TIPS

If you want the frosting to be a little thicker, add more sugar substitute.
