Mix in a bowl or with a mixer the flour with Cocoa Hershey's, the yeast, salt, and sugar; add the whole milk and the egg. Work until the ingredients are well combined, then gradually add the butter until fully integrated. Transfer the mixture to a greased container and cover, let the dough rest for an hour until it doubles in size, punch it down and roll it out to a thickness of 1.5 cm to form the donuts; cut circles to form the donuts and let them rest again for 30 minutes, or until they double in size.
