Ingredients

20 portions
  • 225 grams flour
  • 225 grams almond, milled
  • 150 grams powdered sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 30 milliliters anise
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Mix the butter with the sugar and beat until you get a cream.
Add the egg and continue beating.
Add the ground flour and almonds, and mix well.
Add the anise liqueur and mix again until you have a dough.
Stretch the dough with the rolling pin and cut it into a donut shape. Place the cookies in one or two baking trays lined with waxed paper.
Glaze the cookies with a beaten egg.
Put the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate them with Star Anise.

TIPS

Before grinding the almonds you can separate a few and chop them, sprinkle them after varnishing.
