Ingredients

15 portions
  • 3 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups vegetable shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • enough icing
  • enough vegetal color additive, different colors

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt; hover with a colander and reserve.
Beat the butter, butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla and sour cream. Add little by little the mixture of dry ingredients and continue kneading.
Place a little of the dough on a floured surface and spread to a thickness of about 1/4 inch, cut to the desired shape and placed on baking sheets with waxed paper.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
You can decorate with icing or cream cheese bitumen of the colors of your choice.

TIPS

Butter and butter at room temperature at least one hour before preparation. In case the mixture is not manageable add more flour until it sticks in your hands little by little so you do not overdo it.
